American Bar Association Family Law Section Program and Lecture
Mr. Kutner has been selected as the Producer and one of the lecturers in a program titled "Today's Celebrity and High Net Worth Client, The Media, Transparency, and Today's World." This presentation has been selected as the showcase program for the fall meeting of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section, scheduled to take place from October 8, 2009 through October 10, 2009, in Montreal, Canada. Participants in the program include Alison Weinger, Esquire, a well known and highly skilled mediator, and Philip Shechter, CPA, a highly respected forensic expert. Course materials are currently being drafted.
Kutner as AAML Institute Chair
Mr. Kutner was the Chair of the 2008 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, 30th Annual, Anniversary Institute, which encompassed three days of intensive marital and family law seminars, planned through meticulous, organizational conference calls, that took place on a monthly basis, during the year prior to the program.
Kutner Article on Client and Case Management
Mr. Kutner was the Producer and lectured on “Client Selection and Control, as Means of Dramatically Improving your Family Law Practice” at the 2007, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), Florida Chapter’s Annual Institute. The lecture addressed initial client contact, mediation, client management, trial, attorney behavior, appeal, post judgment proceedings, and providing the client with an informative kit, explaining the dissolution of marriage process.

Mr. Kutner was the Producer and lectured on “The Art of Mediation” at the 2005, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), Florida Chapter’s Annual Institute in Tampa, Florida. The lecture focused on preparing the family law client to engage in the mediation process.
